I put the paper in a stiff brown envelope. I walk to the post office. After that, it’s out of my hands. I ship within the EU. It takes the time it takes. Usually a week or two. If you are in a hurry, you should probably buy art from someone else.

Returns.

No. You bought it, you keep it. If you changed your mind, give it to someone you tolerate. If the postal service drove a truck over the envelope and the art is ruined, send me an email with a picture. We’ll figure it out. But don’t make it a habit.
